Learn About U.S. Gold Coins

Gold has been sought after and treasured since ancient times. For centuries gold coins have been used in international trade. The United States Mint produced gold coins for circulation from 1795 to 1933 in the following denominations:

Gold Dollars ($1)    Quarter Eagles ($2.5)    Three Dollar Gold ($3)    Half Eagles ($5)   Eagles ($10)     Double Eagles ($20)

Large quantities of American $5, $10 and $20 gold coins were shipped to European and other countries through the first part of the 20th Century as trade payments. Since the 1960's dealers have been traveling overseas to acquire and return U.S. Gold to America to be purchased by other dealers, collectors and investors.

We have been active importers of both rare and generic gold coins for three decades. Our experience and international contacts enable us to provide U.S. and World gold to collectors and dealers on an ongoing basis.
